Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
All orders that are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
We are real people, working in an office, so you can phone us with any order questions you have
on 01989 565281 (9am - 5pm GMT). Outside UK office hours please email us on info@calendarlady.co.uk

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, sizes and specifications are clearly stated, although items may vary slightly, the images ARE a very good representation of each product. What you see IS what you get.
PRICES (will not vary, prices stated will be honored, unless a typing error has been made by the webmaster)
To assist in prompt despatch, the shopping-cart system will automatically send the correct product codes and descriptions to us. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or SECURELY via the order form on this website. Please leave at least 1 contact telephone number when ordering.
All items are subject to availability, but we will not send an equivalent or alternative product without speaking with you first.
We will not debit your card either unless you have agreed to take an alternative product.
DELIVERY (£6.95 next day guaranteed excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)
Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by Parcel Force service (NEXT DAY) or by 24 hour next day courier. And will included Mainland UK, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands are by Parcel Force International and are priced as Mainland UK. All other destinations will have to be priced separately, by fax, phone, or e-mail.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made within two days of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
RETURNS
Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced, claims will be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly, any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
Payment is by Credit/Debit Card with the order by secure server or fax by Credit/Debit Card by phone. Cheques (payable to 'Calendar Lady Promotions Ltd') by post, cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
